Job Advert: Teacher of ICT and Maths (Full-Time, Temporary with Potential for Permanent) Position: Teacher of ICT with the Ability to Teach Maths (or Maths with Ability to Teach ICT) Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary for 1 Term (with potential for permanent) Start Date: September 2024 Working Days: Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Experience Location: Blackpool Are you an enthusiastic and versatile teacher with expertise in both ICT and Maths? Axcis are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join a team in September 2024. This is a full-time position initially for one term, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality instruction in ICT and Maths to students across various age groups. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Qualifications and Experience: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. • Strong subject knowledge in both ICT and Maths. • Proven experience in teaching ICT and/or Maths at the secondary school level. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
