With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! Ideally looking for someone near our New Castle, DE or Mexico City, MX office! This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, execute, and measure omnichannel digital marketing campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads. Leverage customer data to deliver the right message/content throughout the buyer journey, from awareness to customer loyalty.
* Conduct competitor and customer analysis, and develop campaign briefs including competitor position, audience personas, USP, brand positioning, messaging architecture, tactical plan, and allocations of media spend.
* Build, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns by leveraging CRM data, marketing automation tools, paid search/social platforms, organic traffic sources, and other channels. Allocate and optimize media spend across channels to maximize ROAS.
* Work through content strategy as a key pillar for the campaign. Write high-quality copy for websites, landing pages, emails, paid ads, etc. Construct emails and landing pages based on approved templates, and collaborate with technical writers and designers for other campaign artifacts. Align messages, artwork, and downloads with relevant buyer stages.
* Conduct regular analysis of campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimize outcomes; ensure all tracking mechanisms are in place and working for all campaigns. Compile analysis into monthly reports or when needed by management.
* Ensure compliance with and/or follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and comply with relevant legal mandates. Seek guidance as necessary.
* Actively support and participate in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
* Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
* Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
* Handle various other duties as delegated by the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing (Global).
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
* Intermediate knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.) and HTML
* Intermediate knowledge of display networks
* Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
* Intermediate knowledge of content distribution networks (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)
* Intermediate knowledge of social media networks
* Intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, link building)
* Intermediate knowledge of the buyer journey, personas, and overall lead nurture process
* Intermediate knowledge of remarketing and conversion tracking (tracking/conversion pixels)
* Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM codes
* Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (other platforms helpful)
* Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation (list management, email, landing pages, forms, etc.)
* Prior work experience in related microbiology and/or life science industry a plus
