Your missions :
1. Support the creation and execution of quality policies aligned with Spark’s vision and strategy.
2. Support the creation and development of the quality department and laboratory.
3. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean processes and reporting tools related to:
4. Customer Issues Management.
5. Supplier Qualification and Evaluation.
6. Internal Quality (Project, Engineering, Purchasing, Workshop, etc.).
7. Lead problem-solving activities for all production issues including root cause analysis, containment/corrective actions identification and implementation.
8. Define, implement and perform internal quality inspections as required.
9. Lead internal and external audits as required.
10. Guarantee the certification and renewal of all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Your profile :
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar).
2. Good knowledge and understanding of quality methods and tools used in the Automotive industry.
3. Experience in Motorsport or High Performance Vehicles.
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Self‐starter with the ability to work with high-level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams.
6. Team‐oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge others.
7. Fluent English and willingness to learn French.
