Process Coordinator

Base pay range
As an integral part of the Internal Project Team, you’ll be responsible for helping the business analyse, streamline and oversee their operational processes. You will be working as a connection between the project, development and business departments to help document, streamline and train business processes. Your role will involve supporting various business functions through process analysis and documentation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures.
* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Provide guidance and support to team members on new processes and tools.
* Deliver training both in person and via online Learning Management System.
* Work closely with the Project Team to confirm timelines and requirements.
* Analyse existing business processes and work with development and project teams to help identify areas for improvement.
What experience we think you’ll need:
* Graduate, or 1-2 years of proven experience as a Process Coordinator or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively, well organized with an improvement-focused mindset.
* Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and develop skills within the project team.
* Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
* Familiarity with process mapping tools and software desirable (ideally BPMN).
