Facility Manager - RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY!!! - Shepparton
We are currently seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the operations and clinical care of a large Residential Aged Care Facility in the Shepparton region of Victoria just a 2 hour drive from Melbourne!
About the role:
* Working in a large, fully accredited not for profit RACF
* Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance
* Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home
* Work closely with your leadership team and frontline staff to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful, and engaged culture exists

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA - DIV 1
* Experience in managing / mentoring care staff and success in managing change
* Superior communication skills both written and verbal
* Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
* Genuine passion for the aged care industry
* Police clearance or willingness to undergo one
