You will be supporting the provision of a child centred environment where children are looked after in a safe, caring and stimulating way. You will ensure their individual needs are met within a group setting, in accordance with the clubs policies and procedures. The club provide a play environment for children, the successful candidate will need to be a friendly, enthusiastic and playful person to support children's needs and supervise the play space. You will be required to escort the children to their classrooms following the morning session.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with children and parents. Dedication to providing quality childcare is necessary to ensure the club meets all legal requirements. Ideally you will hold a level 2 or 3 qualification in either play work or an equivalent childcare qualification and have previous experience of a play setting, although this is not essential.,
* Be friendly, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Hold a Level 2 qualification in either play work or equivalent childcare qualification or have relevant experience
* Ideally have previous experience in a play care setting
