I am working with a well-known company that is looking for a Dayforce Payroll Manager to join the team in January on a short term 2/3 month contract basis. You will be responsible for running their Monthly and Seasonal Payrolls, as well as resolving any issues within the system and training 2 Payroll Administrators on how to use the Dayforce Payroll system.
This is an Outside IR35 contract with a negotiable rate depending on experience and the client are looking for 3 days per week in South East England. Accommodation will be provided by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management
o Run and oversee accurate and timely monthly and seasonal payrolls for all employees.
o Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
2. System Training and Support
o Provide training and ongoing support to payroll administrators to maximise the effective use of the Dayforce system.
o Act as the first point of contact for system queries and troubleshooting.
3. System Maintenance and Issue Resolution
o Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues within the Dayforce system.
o Collaborate with internal IT or Ceridian support to implement updates and improvements.
