A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Facilities Admin to join their growing team, covering a banking property based in Victoria. The Role As the Facilities Admin / Contract Support, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: Receive and process Purchase Orders (PO's), Invoices and parts/material orders. Organising permits for contractors and visitors, attending client performance meetings and note taking. Reporting directly into the Facilities Manager to support the contract where needed. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Facilities Admin, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: At least 2 Years experience in a similar role, working withing property or facilities management. Experience processing invoices and purchase orders (PO's), and organising jobs for engineers. A can-do mindset to support the business where needed, and the desire to progress into senior roles.
