There is on-going investment to ensure our staff have the right skills, values and expertise to provide high quality specialist care for our patients. Ward 3 is a mixed sex general medical ward with a focus on Respiratory and General Medicine, we deal with complex and acute medical conditions so no two days are the same. We adopt a rehabilitation approach working closely with our therapy teams which helps to promote and maintain mobility and independence for our patients. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Band 5 post. We are looking for a enthusiastic, happy, professional individual who takes pride in their work, committed to the teams vision with strong leadership qualities, a strong understanding of Trust Values and passionate about strengthening an existing team.
