Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary role covering maternity leave. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong computer literacy and proficiency in various software applications, including Stellantis systems, Kerridge/CDK, and Excel, to facilitate effective sales administration.
Duties
1. Process sales invoices and manage all vehicle taxing accurately and on time.
2. Create vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
3. Continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
4. Order processing for new vehicles.
5. Update the customer database of vehicle history and point of delivery.
6. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
7. Prepare sales reports and presentations using Excel and Word to support the sales process.
8. Maintain the CRM system by updating customer information and tracking sales activities.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.
10. Process vehicle orders and manage inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team.
Experience
1. Proven experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar administrative role is desirable.
2. Proficiency in Kerridge/CDK software is an advantage; familiarity with other CRM systems is beneficial.
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
7. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
