We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy, friendly Team. The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
1. Admin experience.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Good level of numeracy.
4. Great IT skills.
5. High level of Customer care.
6. Sharp attention to detail and a good level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under your own initiative.
The role involves:
1. Taking new Customer enquiries.
2. Arranging appointments.
3. Obtaining material and subcontractor prices.
4. Preparing quotations.
5. Updating weekly reports.
6. Some general associated administration duties.
7. Providing Customer support.
Building knowledge would be advantageous, although not essential.
