Delivering minor ailment clinics integrating both drug and non-drug based treatment methods into a management plan. To identify, manage and support patients at risk of developing long term conditions, preventing adverse effect to patients health. To maintain accurate clinical records and ensure read codes are used effectively Participate in national and local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care. Support and participate in shared learning within the practice, including the review of significant events. Ensure clinical knowledge is kept up-to-date and mandatory training requirements are met.
