Contract Length: 02/06/2025 - 31/12/2025 Rate: £250 per day Location: Remote with occasional travel to Corsham Project: MNO Win 11 Deployment Project MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE Roles and Responsibilities:Core Project Management Provide project management support. Perform general administrative tasks, including taking meeting minutes. Support the Lead Project Manager in creating reports, updating plans, managing configurations, handling commercials, and implementing changes. Create and maintain project logs (product, risk, issue, dependency, and change).Onboarding Coordinator Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule. Liaise with the Contractor's Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure the Resource Onboarding Plan remains aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule. Arrange the engagement and release of individual Contractor Resources according to the Resource Onboarding Plan. Develop and agree on onboarding material with the Authority's and Contractor's Migration Lead Project Manager. Maintain and update onboarding material as needed. Provide advice and guidance to Contractor Resources regarding security clearance and Authority onboarding processes. Coordinate with the Contractor's vetting department and relevant Authority teams to arrange security clearance for Contractor Resources. Schedule and organise onboarding sessions for Contractor Resources joining the project team.Scheduling and Planning Coordinator Prepare and issue start-up meeting invitations. Confirm acceptance of start-up meeting invitations, chase non-responses, and process reschedule requests.
