This is a generalist role with an emphasis on talent strategy, to ensure the brand is attracting diverse and high-quality talent into the business.
1. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.
2. Alongside this, the role has a generalist remit.
3. You will contribute to the wider people strategy through delivering employee engagement initiatives, supporting leadership on all people-related matters including Employee Relations and further change management as the business scales.
