Professional Vehicle Servicing Limited is looking for a Customer Service Adviser & Workshop Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers while ensuring our workshop runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is highly organised, and can multitask effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Providing outstanding customer service – greeting customers, handling enquiries, and managing bookings
✔ Coordinating workshop schedules to optimise workflow
✔ Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s progress
✔ Managing invoices, payments, and part orders
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
✔ Experience with administrative tasks and workshop coordination (preferred but not essential)
✔ A proactive, team-oriented attitude
