Joining the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, you will work alongside industry experts where you will build experience and skills that will help you thrive in your early career. You will support continuous improvements, through developing and applying your engineering skills, on £1k to £10m engineering projects that range from production line improvements to installations of new processes and plant. What we can offer you: As an Engineering Intern, you will join us for 12 months, receive a £24,000 salary, and work onsite 5 days a week. Am I eligible for this programme? Our placement programmes are for university students currently studying towards a degree ideally in a mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or a related engineering field, who are seeking a 12-month sandwich placement before their final year of study. You must have the right to work in the UK. You must be able to undertake your placement between July 2025 and August 2026. You must live within a commutable distance to our Howden site. Be a confident communicator and be able to work well within a team. Possess excellent attention to detail with a natural desire to problem solve Be able to work collaboratively with others and be solutions-focused with a positive outlook.
