To provide administrative support to ensure that enquiries are responded to efficiently, sensitively and confidentially. Hours : Mon - Fri 20hrs per week. Pay: £11.50ph Duties: To be the first port of contact for all enquiries Completing general administrative duties Identifying the needs of clients and appropriate outcomes Prepare & process cases, providing support throughout the entirety of the case Data input and file management Undertaking additional or other reasonable duties as necessary Requirements : GCSE English & Maths pass or Equivalent - E Administrative Skills - E Professional telephone manner - E Attention to Detail - E Experience of working with Client Confidentiality - E Ability to prioritise fluctuating workload - E Patience and discretion - E Experience in working in a voluntary / charitable sector - D Negotiation skills - D Ability to demonstrate resilience - D E - Essential D - Desirable An Enhanced DBS will need to be processed for this role.
