Working within the Arts University Bournemouth's Future Students Marketing department, the Events Administrator will be part of the established AUB Events team. A small but busy team whose main remit is to co-ordinate recruitment efforts across domestic/home recruitment at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, whilst also organising AUB's prestigious Graduation ceremonies alongside overseeing AUB's Student Ambassador Programme.
Candidates for the Events Administrator role will be ideally educated to degree level, hold a full UK driving license and must have experience of administrative tasks. They will be responsible for providing effective administrative support relating to the delivery of events and recruitment activities (both online and offline) in the Events Team and contribute to the development of the Student Recruitment and Events strategy. This support will also include assisting with Student Ambassador recruitment and general upkeep of the database.
A pivotal part of this role will be supporting the Events Team with the project management duties required in hosting AUB's Graduation ceremonies and other events; therefore, evening and weekend work will be required.
