We are working with a well-established and growing business in the fire and security industry to help them find a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Camberley. The Role
This is a key role within the business, coordinating day-to-day schedules for a team of engineers and ensuring planned maintenance, remedial works, and reactive call-outs are handled efficiently. You will use a range of cloud-based systems to manage job scheduling, track progress, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and forward-schedule multiple engineer diaries
* Organize day-to-day visits, PMVs, and remedial works
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal staff
* Liaise with engineers to manage job reports and system updates
* Respond to urgent and reactive works proactively and promptly
* Utilize cloud-based platforms including simPRO, Dwellant, and Pro-Nett
What We're Looking For:
* Previous fire and security industry experience in a similar office-based role
* Experience with simPRO
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
