We are seeking a Business Development Project Manager to join Vestas and take charge of large, complex offshore wind projects across the NCE region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness and ensuring our projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive operational readiness for wind farms across the NCE region.
* Facilitate and coordinate large, complex offshore projects from start to finish.
* Take accountability for managing budgets, timelines, and project plans.
* Monitor progress closely and address risks or deviations in a timely manner, proposing effective mitigations.
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (upwards, downwards, and laterally).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring contractual and operational deliverables are met on time.
Preferred Experience & Competencies:
* Experience in service ramp-up for new offshore wind projects.
* Proven Project Management experience, particularly in Offshore Wind Operations .
* Ability to manage complex projects while maintaining budget and timeline controls.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
