Job Overview:
The Global Sales Operation Team provide a range of services related to outbound sales opportunities: forecasting, compensation, fulfilment, system, compliance. In the system sphere, we are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual who is accomplished at working with Commercial business customers and IT teams to understand their requirements and find solutions across enterprise platforms.
You will collaborate closely with a team of IT professionals who will be crafting, configuring, developing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise platform and solutions.
You will be responsible for setting the vision, defining product requirements and roadmap, prioritising demand, accepting new features, and identifying product maintenance.
You will need to maintain a balance between customer and change management, product ownership, business analysis and a good, technical understanding of enterprise processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage commercial business leaders to understand upcoming requirements and problems across the Lead to Order commercial landscape.
2. Agree and prioritise problem resolutions and developments with customers, IT and delivery partners.
3. Help developers resolve questions to ensure quality and velocity are achieved each sprint.
