Job summary The main functions of this post are to carry out mechanical maintenance and repair and related Planned Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and diagnosing and repair of Building and engineering services. Main duties of the job This post requires a person who can fit into a flexible, reactive and demandingdepartment, carrying out a variety of duties of great importance to the Trust. You will be required to work alongside other disciplines in the Trust, and it is essential that you are courteous, well-mannered, and professional at all times, and have the ability to communicate well with others. Work as a team member with Estates managers to provide mechanical support. Liaise with wards and departments on service interruptions and shut downs.
