About the Role: Lead and manage the MFL (German) department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across all Key Stages. Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that fosters a love for the German language and culture. Motivate and inspire a team of teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Play a key role in the school's wider strategic development, promoting the importance of languages. Contribute to the pastoral care of students within the MFL department. About You: A qualified and experienced teacher of German with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for the German language and a desire to share this enthusiasm with students. The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
