To have administrator access to the web-based assessments on the QSI website, maintaining the access and passwords of the services users on that site. To oversee the services- controlled documents and the issue of reminders to document owners when they require updating on elibrary, Radbase and other document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, QPulse). To work in partnership with the services Audit Lead/s and Modality Lead/s in respect to the services audit and outcome measures programme, ensuring all mandatory aspects for QSI are met. To work in partnership with the services Senior Management Team and Clinical Specialists to ensure the drafting / review and implementation of required policies, procedures, protocols and guidance to meet Trust and QSI criteria. To act as Vice Chair for the Superintendent for the services QSI and other Quality Meetings, (e.g. QIPS and Health & Safety). To oversee and facilitate QSI site meetings, ensuring that the requirements of QSI are met, and timetables are robust. To oversee the service s-controlled documents as managed by the Governance Team, ensuring reminders are issued to document owners when they require updating.
