Role Overview
This role is for an administration officer who will work across all aspects of the Facilities Management service provision. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders, including service and project delivery. Ensuring high-quality services and transparency to our customers and stakeholders is a key focus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front of house duties such as welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately.
2. Ensuring security procedures are followed.
3. Supporting services like porterage, meeting room management, and managing the FM mailbox.
4. Conducting inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions.
5. Logging, facilitating, and overseeing reactive and PPM visits.
6. Ensuring compliance with environmental & HSEQ standards.
7. Completing and assisting with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, and water hygiene arrangements.
8. Supporting audits including security.
9. Assisting with the delivery of low to medium risk projects.
10. Providing general admin support to the team.
11. Performing any other duties as requested by your line manager.
12. Ensuring full compliance with company HSEQ policies and procedures.
13. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards.
14. Delivering a seamless workplace experience.
15. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as fire safety and first aid.
16. Facilitating and completing PPM/reactive works successfully.
17. Completing audits and service data returns accurately.
18. Being a team player.
