Discretionary Bonus Job Description: SRVO is seeking an experienced and proactive Data and Social Media Manager to optimise our CRM system, enhance social media engagement, and drive lead generation. The role will involve reporting to the management team on business performance, maintaining the company’s website and intranet, and identifying tech solutions to improve efficiency. This position will require extensive liaison with the management team, HR department, and Business Operations Manager to ensure that systems, social media strategy, and data management align with business goals to enhance profitability and productivity. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management and Optimisation: Maintain, develop, and enhance the existing CRM system to improve lead generation and marketing capabilities. Work closely with the CRM provider to integrate new features and extract valuable data. Ensure CRM system compliance alongside the Business Operations Manager.Data and Financial Analysis: Assist with financial reporting on business performance, pipeline forecasts, and key productivity metrics. Prepare data-driven reports for monthly Board Meetings. Support the management team in compiling annual budgets and setting targets.Media Content and Outputs: Maintain and optimise the company’s social media platforms. Create and post engaging content in collaboration with SRVO’s PR consultancy. Prepare factsheets, FAQs, and marketing materials to enhance company visibility. Develop marketing communications to support inter-company referrals. Assist in preparing presentations and bid documentation for company initiatives.Manage Company Intranet: Oversee and update the company’s SharePoint intranet. Ensure training materials, policies, templates, company news, and events are maintained and accessible.Tech Solutions Integration: Identify, evaluate, and manage new tech solutions to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for software automation, AI-driven processes, and CRM-based intelligent marketing. Implement and oversee the management of newly integrated tech solutions.Support Management Team and Business Operations: Provide assistance to the management team and Business Operations Manager. Support reporting and data preparation for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to enhance business processes, lead generation, and operational efficiencies. Qualifications and Skills: Experience managing CRM systems and data analytics tools. Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content creation. Background in financial reporting, KPI analysis, and data interpretation. Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and marketing automation tools. Experience in identifying and implementing tech solutions for process improvement. A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
