The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing and Data Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. The role will focus on Holmes & Hills’ specialist Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Department, Blackwater Law. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the increased reach of the brand across digital channels. Based in our Marks Tey office, you will work closely with the Blackwater Law Marketing Manager to provide digital marketing and data insights to inform decisions to assist the brand in acquiring clients across England and Wales. The successful candidate will also work closely with the wider marketing team including the Digital Marketing Manager and Client Enquiries Team. Specifically the role will involve: Regular campaign and digital analysis/benchmarking Updating the Blackwater Law website using WordPress Managing paid digital marketing campaigns across Google, social and native channels Use of social media channels as required Undertaking keyword/phrase and competitor research Collation, organisation and analysis of campaign data and other types of data Assisting with paid and organic channels of content distribution• Making recommendations and contribute to the SEO strategy KPI Reporting Marketing data management Liaising with stakeholders Content writing as required RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Previous experience in digital marketing using Google Ads and GoogleAnalytics (for a minimum of 1 year) Previous experience and knowledge of using WordPress, SEM Rush and Google Search Console would be desirable Able to demonstrate Excel knowledge and use with the ability to interpret data. Previous experience of copywriting Previous use of Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word & Powerpoint) SKILLSET The ability to build rapport and trust with internal clients so as to effectively communicate and influence digital marketing decisions Influential and persuasive - able to effectively communicate data into an understandable format Analytical - with the ability to make suggestions and changes based on data.
