We are deligthed to be recruiting for this Harrow based company who is looking for an additional member to join their team initially on a 6 months contract. Your main role is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. This is an office based role. Day to day duties include: Answering incoming calls fro customers, booking in jobs for the engineers supporting other members of the team. Issuing POs and more. Training will be given but a background in customer service, contact centre or administration is essential and if you have worked with housing associations etc this would be a distinct advantage. You will have good IT skills including Excel. The aim for this role is to assist in running reports and maintaining excellent levels of customer service across the contract, to help uplift the department by helping to meet and exceed the KPI's set and to assist in the daily running of the department.
