Job summary The EPR Implementation and Readiness Lead for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme is accountable to the TSD EPR Program Director for the operational elements of the digital transformation and business change workstreams of the EPR. They are also accountable for managing associated transformation and adoption requirements and liaising with system partners for EPR, business change and organisational transformation. You will work closely with the TSD EPR Program Director, CXIO team, Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), Change Management Team, Subject Matter Experts, EPR PMO and wider EPR Programme Team. The post holder will develop and deliver strategic and operational efficiency through the delivery of the EPR, quality and safety through the development of short-, medium- and longer-term transformational plans both internally and externally in partnership with our wider system partners and Devon and Cornwall Acute Providers and in line with the 'Frontline Digitalisation' and 'what good looks like' (WGLL). Main duties of the job Be a strong leader and advocate for the implementation of the Epic EPR, by having a clear vision and ability to communicate with our clinical and operational teams. Support the work of the EPR Workstreams and Workgroups and other elements of the program to deliver the implementation plan as laid out by Epic both in scope and timeliness. Oversee and provide direct input into communication and engagement plans in relation to operational staff and operational readiness for EPR Take delegated authority to manage all program risks in conjunction with our workstream leads and Information Officers.
