Your role as a Community Carer Supporting clients in their homes, you'll ensure they feel valued, comfortable, and supported. Your role may include: • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and continence support. • Helping with meal preparation and medication management. • Supporting with light housekeeping and errands. • Providing companionship and emotional support.
