The Company
My client is a global communications network employing 3,500 people across 21 countries. They offer an in-house solution to their client, with the infrastructure of a "big network". They have a tight team that works closely together to offer creative, production, strategy, media, performance-driven digital, and data. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Social/Programmatic specialist to join the media team and grow the channel. It is the perfect opportunity for an individual that is looking to move away from the traditional media agency and grow their career in an in-house role.
The Job
As the Paid Social/Programmatic Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Working with local media & brand teams to define digital strategies and recommend ways to use social, programmatic, and other relevant platforms to deliver against business objectives.
* Manage and optimise campaigns across various channels (social, prog, e-retailer) to drive key performance metrics.
* Ensure global best practices are being implemented in our campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute test and learn plans.
* Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Present results to different stakeholders of the company and lead campaign performance meetings.
You
For the role of Paid Social / Programmatic Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:
* Passion for all things digital media and proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful paid social and programmatic media campaigns.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of either/or programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon etc.) or Social (Meta, TikTok etc.).
* Demonstrate strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA.
* Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a poised presenter.
* A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
* Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks (your own and the team's) based on deliverables. You will be responsible for junior members' output.
