SALES ADMINISTRATOR - Haydock - £24k per annum - Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (fully office based)
My client, a large, well-established manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team due to growth and expansion. If you are a confident communicator with strong attention to detail, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the administrative needs of the sales staff, including maintaining stock levels, processing and scheduling orders, and managing samples for Sales Executives.
2. Liaising with customers via email and telephone to address inquiries and provide support.
3. Performing general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
4. Collaborating closely with the sales administration team on a daily basis.
5. Demonstrating proactive thinking with excellent personal and administrative skills.
6. Utilising IT tools effectively to streamline processes and support the team.
7. Maintaining a personable, confident, enthusiastic, and outgoing approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
8. Exhibiting strong communication and planning skills to ensure efficient operations.
9. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
