This role sits within our Finance team, reporting to the Finance Director. You’ll work alongside senior management, IT specialists, and operational teams to deliver financial projects that align with our organisational goals. You’ll also engage with external vendors to ensure smooth integration of new systems. You’ll be at the heart of: Implementing a new finance system for the Group. Overseeing the integration of a P2P system and financial processes. Supporting the transition to a single housing system for the Group. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone with a strong background in delivering finance related projects, holding relevant project management qualifications and experience. You should have a deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting, along with experience in the social housing and care sector. You should have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. A Qualified Accountant or someone with equivalent experience and a recognised Project Management Qualification would be required for this role. What are the pay and benefits? The exact salary for this role is £30,257 for 24 hours per week. This is a temporary role until end of J une 2026 Agile working with location flexibility. 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service All other internal benefits will be available too What’s FREDIE?
