About the Role As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the day-to-day running of the home. Supporting service users with daily tasks such as food shopping, meal preparation, and cleaning duties. Accompanying service users on a range of activities, including cinema trips, outdoor outings, and community events. Promoting independence and well-being while ensuring the safety and dignity of the individuals you support. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the team.
