EYFS Teacher (Part-Time, Long-Term)
Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire LN8
Start Date: January 2024
Contract: Part-Time, 2 days per week
Simply Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to join a supportive school in the Market Rasen area, starting in January 2025. This long-term, part-time role will require the teacher to work 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in EYFS, be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons, and be willing to take on full planning and marking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality EYFS teaching to ensure children's learning and development meets the required standards.
Plan and prepare engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS students.
Complete all marking, assessments, and record-keeping in line with the school’s policies.
Collaborate with other EYFS staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a safe and supportive learning space.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working in EYFS.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework and key learning objectives.
Ability to plan, teach, and assess children’s learning independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
