N.B. This role will involve working on a shift basis (Days/Nights)

* Network technical support within an enterprise environment.
* Experience working within a service provider is advantageous.
* WAN / LAN / WLAN / SD-WAN
* Firewalls
* Broadband
* Voice
* Relevant industry certifications (desirable)
