We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you.
My client are a leader in the IT Managed Services space and are always on the hunt for talent individuals with a hunger to learn and progress and a passion for IT and Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues.
* Work with 1st and 2nd line teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Log and track support requests with clear, detailed notes.
* Update client documentation and user guides.
* Perform system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
* Assist with on-site projects like hardware refreshes and infrastructure setup.
* 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in an MSP at 2nd line or higher.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Good time management and documentation skills.

1. Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019 & 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD/Entra ID
2. Office 365 and Exchange experience (2016 & 2019)
