The Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence is formed from the top class digital marketing teams from across the Group, such as GoCompare, MyVoucherCode, TechRadar, Marie Claire and The Week and many more. Our work encompasses ecommerce, subscriptions and advertising across all our future brands contributing to key revenue streams to the Group What you'll be doing Within this role you will work across and own paid social campaigns throughout the funnel where you will drive reporting and data driven insights to optimise performance working towards CPA targets. You will: Work at the highest level with platforms and industry partners such as Meta and Google to ensure we are we’re using the most up to date technologies and methodologies Work with the creative and brand teams to evolve messaging, constantly testing, evaluating and improving. Ensuring paid social media campaign activity is managed to the highest standards across all of our subscription portfolio, including titles such as Country Life, Ideal Home, Decanter, FourFourTwo, Golf Monthly, Woman & Home, and Horse & Hound. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve You will have experience running both awareness and conversion campaigns. You will have demonstrable experience in Paid Social and be proficient in media buying platforms across Facebook, Instagram and emerging social media sites. You will also be: Proficient in paid social marketing campaigns. Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities Understanding of consumer behaviour and the ecommerce conversion funnel. Excellent data, analytic and problem-solving skills Capable of identifying and acting on data trends. Copywriting (and the curation of).
