JOB TITLE – PROPERTY MANAGER - LETTINGS
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our lettings team. The role is within our property management department and involves direct contact with our landlords, tenants, and contractors. The successful candidate will be experienced within property management, with an excellent customer-focused approach. The role requires the candidate to be calm under pressure and highly organised.
Ideally, you will already be ARLA qualified or working towards this. For the right candidate with appropriate Property Management experience, we will be willing to offer support to gain these qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Looking after a portfolio of properties for our landlord clients
2. Overseeing schedules for safety checks
3. Coordinating maintenance works with contractors, liaising with landlords and tenants
4. Renewal negotiations and all associated paperwork
5. Dealing with deposit settling negotiations post-checkout
6. Issuing Sec 21 notices and any variations of tenancy
7. Maintaining a smart appearance – business attire to be worn
8. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and have good literacy skills
9. Strong customer service skills
10. An excellent communicator able to work within a team and on own initiative
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
Hours of work: 8.45am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9-1pm (1/2 day in lieu)
Holidays: 5 weeks

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
