Salary: Up to £35k Depending on Experience

Currently headquartered in the heart of Edinburgh, they are experiencing a phase of robust organic growth and have a dedicated team of 60 professionals, defined by their strong work ethic and commitment to excellence which drives continuous improvement and the ongoing success of the business.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser/Demand Planner to join the team and assist in stock management, forecasting, and planning across multiple markets, ensuring product availability, optimising Amazon KPIs, and coaching team members to maximise sales potential and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock levels across UK, US, EU, and Canadian markets, ensuring availability and efficient replenishment of 3,000 SKUs per market.
* Update and maintain WSSIs to support stock planning and optimise inventory for Amazon marketplaces and warehouses.
* Forecast and plan stock builds for peak sales periods, ensuring timely arrival and availability in fulfilment centres.
* Oversee space allocation within Amazon and manage KPIs to avoid overstock surcharges and improve sell-through rates.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and trading teams to meet timelines, enhance sales potential, and manage critical paths.
* Lead and manage the team, overseeing workloads, deadlines, and performance.
Key Skills
* Around 1-3 years’ experience at in a Merchandiser, JM or AM position, looking for the next challenge.
* Proactive, with strong ownership skills.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong with numbers.
* Confident in managing a large number of SKUs.
* Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to boost sales through effective stock management.
* Great communicator who can collaborate across teams and functions.
* Skilled in improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
