Job Overview

This role involves working as a 1:1 tutor with children and young people who require additional support in their educational journey. As an Education Specialist, you will provide holistic and engaging sessions that meet the individual needs of each student.

Your Key Responsibilities
">
">
* Plan and deliver tailored educational sessions to students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
">
* Complete regular lesson reports and provide feedback on student progress.
">
* Work collaboratively with our team of SEN/SEND Support Specialists to ensure a seamless support system for students.
">
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
">

Requirements
">
">
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS).
">
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
">
* Experience working with young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs.
">
* Safeguarding training and experience.
">
* Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if required).
">
* Two professional references.
">
* Able to work in a way that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people at all times.
