Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of your assigned venue. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance, contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations, including staffing, service, and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and meet business goals.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
4. Assist in training, mentoring, and developing staff to maintain high standards.
5. Oversee inventory, stock management, and ordering, ensuring the venue is fully operational.
6. Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and daily banking procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
8. Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and promotions to drive footfall and revenue.
9. Assist with performance monitoring, reporting, and driving sales growth.
10. Step into the General Manager role as needed during their absence.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Knowledge of food, beverage, or hotel operations is an advantage.
