Account Manager

In this Account manager position you will be responsible for:
* Ensure that clients needs are clear and met- maintaining exceptional customer service.
* Maintaining and upselling with existing clients.
* Re-engaging with clients and building new, strong relationships.
* Attending ace-to-face meetings and network with clients.
* Based out of their plush offices nr Northfleet, Kent, you will work with motivated, driven, high achievers who are all dedicated to the development and success of the brand.
* Manage the process’ between company and client as the business’ representative.
* Support a smooth service for clients and find solutions for any complications.
The successful Account Manager will have:
1. No direct experience needed!
2. Ideally you will have 2 years of business development/account management experience.
3. You will be happy to commit to a 5-day working week in the office. This supports the structure of the operation.
