Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Covering Rugby, Milton Keynes, Leicester, and Cambridge
Hours: 40 hours per week (plus call-out rota)
Salary: £32,000 - £50,000 OTE
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across commercial properties, heritage sites, and schools. This role involves working with industry-leading systems such as Gent, Ziton, Radio Systems, Paxton, and Salto.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Service, maintain, and fault-find on fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, access control systems, and CCTV.
2. Work with systems including Gent, Ziton, Radio Systems, Paxton, and Salto.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure system functionality.
4. Complete accurate and timely service reports, documentation, and compliance records.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical advice.
6. Participate in the call-out rota to provide emergency support as required.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations in all work undertaken.
8. Attend in-house training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems.
2. Knowledge of systems such as Gent, Ziton, Paxton, Salto, and Radio Systems is advantageous.
3. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
6. Full UK driving license.
7. Willingness to participate in a call-out rota.
