Continuous Improvement Manager - Full or Part Time Hours considered
Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business. This newly created position requires a hands-on leader who can shape and implement improvement strategies while fostering engagement across all levels of the organisation.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement. You will have a proven ability to inspire and influence teams, driving lasting change and operational efficiencies within a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
The role is been advertised as an inital 12 month fixed term contract however our client will consider candidates who are looking for permanent employment also

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a master schedule to drive cost-saving initiatives and optimise resource use.
* Lead LEAN manufacturing training, coaching and mentoring to standardise processes.
* Work closely with stakeholders to align projects with key performance targets.
* Identify and implement process improvements using innovative methodologies.
* Assess and track business maturity to achieve "best in class" manufacturing standards.
* Drive process change through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workflow reviews.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
* Represent the business across group, sharing best practices.
* Perform internal audits and support the delivery of agreed actions.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements:
* Proven background in the role of CI Manager, Continuous Improvement Lead etc
* Proven experience implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies in manufacturing operations.
* Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing
* Passion for driving a continuous improvement culture
* Ability to influence at all levels and inspire others
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed
