Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Early Years Practitioners to fill temporary positions across a variety of childcare settings. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Conduct observations and assessments to track children’s progress and inform planning and individualized support. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures. Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education). Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to different environments. Flexibility and availability to work on short notice and travel to various childcare settings within the designated area.
