We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician to help maintain our reputation for excellence in vehicle repairs. What You’ll Do: As a Multiskilled Technician at Steer Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You'll work on a range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, ensuring all repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards. Your key responsibilities include: Repairing and replacing body components on damaged vehicles Using specialist equipment to assess and perform repairs Supporting panel, MET, and paint work when required Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Providing cover across departments as needed About You: We’re looking for a dedicated technician with: Proven experience across automotive accident repair disciplines, including panel, MET, and paint work Experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team ATA / NVQ qualifications (preferred, but we offer support in renewing these) If you're a skilled Multiskilled Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, growing company, we’d love to hear from you.
