We are currently recruiting a Resource Manager to support our UK operations, particularly within the Defence sector. As a Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in managing resource demands for the portfolio of works. While working collaboratively with project leaders, you will ensure the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects through the full lifecycle—tender, design, delivery, testing, and commissioning. Your expertise will directly support the assurance, monitoring, and development of project resource needs across a range of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects. About You Who we're looking for Working alongside our client teams on cutting-edge projects and representing Gleeds in innovative ventures. We’re seeking resourceful individuals with exceptional communication skills, a forward-thinking approach, and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Previous experience in resource management within the construction or engineering sectors. Proven experience on major construction projects; nuclear, civil engineering, or service contracting experience is highly desirable. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and financial acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR is advantageous. HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Resource Management or Engineering). Membership or qualification from a recognised institute (e.g., APM, AcostE) is desirable and will be supported if not yet attained.
