Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering lifecycle replacement programmes for a portfolio of 15 London schools.
* Coordinating 25+ projects at any one time, from small maintenance tasks to complex lifecycle works, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
* Engaging with stakeholders to oversee capital works, snagging, site health & safety, and smooth project handovers.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven track record in managing capital works within large estates, preferably in a PFI environment.
* Strong project management and financial acumen, with a focus on contractual KPIs and risk mitigation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a collaborative and flexible approach.
