ABPM are supporting our niche SME client to recruit a Finance Manager. As a key member in their growing team, they will focus on ensuring accurate and timely management reporting and providing information to assist business decisions. The successful individual will be a qualified or experienced accountant who can use their professional knowledge to add value through detailed analysis.

An insight into your responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports.
\n\t
* Prepare monthly management accounts.
\n\t
* Ensure all financial transactions are record, reported, reviewed, and reconciled.
\n\t
* Responsible for making necessary adjustments on any discrepancies.
\n\t
* Produce rolling cashflow forecasting.
\n\t
* Provide financial analysis for decision making.
\n\t
* Production of sales invoices for UK and overseas, including foreign rates and VAT.
\n\t
* Ensure VAT is accounted for on all transactions.
\n\t
* Assist to develop budgets and forecasts.
\n\t
* Continuously seek improvements for accounts and reporting.
\n\t
* Compliance with regulations and legislations throughout.
\n\t
* Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
\n
\n\n
Do you have the knowledge and experience?
\n\n
\n\t
* ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CIMA / AAT / QBE.
\n\t
* Sector experience within Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction.
\n\t
* IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
\n\t
* Foreign currency skills would be an advantage but not essential.
